Where - Classes are held in a comfortable, cozy studio with a view of the maple trees and the water in Corilee's home. The YogaRoom can be found in the Rockingham area of Halifax between Bedford Highway and Dunbrack. See the map for more information.

Who - Corilee: "I turned to yoga to manage a painful hip problem and got addicted. Through yoga I've learned to take more balanced approach to life and I'm passionate about sharing it. I'm a 200 hour Kripalu certified yoga instructor and I've been teaching for 7 years. I take a hybrid approach to yoga, offering the techniques that get the best results from a variety of traditions.
